All return requests are subject to Hingedparts.com approval. No returns will be accepted or credited without prior authorization from Hingedparts.com.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. To verify you are eligible to make a return, please contact Customer Service at: 844.292.6694. Unauthorized returns will not be issued credit and will be returned to the shipper. Shipping/freight charges may be assessed at our discretion. We will explain your options and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible. Returns will not be processed without a valid RA number from our Customer Service Department. Approved returns must be received in unused condition and be in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns for any used merchandise; no exceptions. Returns resulting from customer order error may be charged a restocking fee and freight charges both ways. All fees will be deducted before a credit or refund is issued.
No credits will be processed for a return until we have confirmation that the item has been received and is in unused and new, sellable condition. Credits will be issued within 45 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. Special order, custom items and cut-to-order items cannot be returned.
Refunds on returned parts or canceled orders will be issued minus any applicable fees (e.g. restocking) with in 10 business days after product(s) have been returned and inspected.
Please contact customer support at 844.292.6694 as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped can not be canceled and will have to follow the returns policy.
Orders are shipped UPS ground unless specified. Please contact us at 844.292.6694 for special/expedited orders . Shipping is paid at the time of order. Most items ship under our flat rate shipping.

When we receive confirmation that your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you. Since most shipments come directly from the manufacturer it is likely that you will receive a separate shipping notification email for each item that you purchase.
It is our policy to ship all orders the same day they are received if possible. We will normally ship all items that are in stock. If we are out of stock of any item, we will normally backorder the item(s) and ship them as soon as they arrive. If you require your order to be shipped complete, please indicate on your web order to 'SHIP COMPLETE.'
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices shown on our website, mistakes occasionally happen due to human error or supplier price changes beyond our control. If there is an error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of continuing with your order at the correct price, or cancelling the order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to reach you using the contact details you have provided, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. Some of our products may feature optional items or accessories in the photographs shown on the website.
All products listed in our website are not necessarily manufactured by or obtained from the original equipment manufacturer. Products illustrated may be provided by alternative manufacturers and are made to standards equal to or better than the original parts provided by the named manufacturer of the equipment.
If you feel you did not get all the merchandise indicated on the packing list, you must report it to us within 3 business days of receiving the package. Always keep the original shipping carton and packing material. Shortages resulting from damaged packages should be reported to the delivering carrier.
Our products come with the standard manufacturer's warranty.
